Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your western wear or tack in the original shipping box, include your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
